These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tap646 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "Player," or "you") who accesses or uses the tap646 online gaming platform available at tap646.vip. Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. tap646 is required under applicable Philippine regulations to verify the identity, age, and residency of its account holders. As part of the registration and ongoing account management process, tap646 may request the following from users:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (e.g., passport, Philippine National ID, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, UMID, driver's license, or PRC ID).
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and current address.
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot or photo of the GCash, Maya, or bank account registered in your name and used for transactions on tap646.
• Source of funds documentation, where required under anti-money laundering obligations or in cases of large or unusual transactions.

tap646 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close accounts that fail to complete verification within reasonable timeframes as communicated by the Platform. Funds held in unverified accounts may be withheld pending successful completion of the KYC process. tap646 processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All transactions on tap646 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. tap646 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits set by the respective payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. tap646 reserves the right to process withdrawals within reasonable operational timeframes, typically within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, and within minutes for GCash and Maya on fully verified accounts.

tap646 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Users are responsible for checking their payment provider's terms regarding transaction costs.

• tap646 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Funds must be returned to the verified payment method associated with the account holder's identity.
• tap646 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on unusual or large withdrawal requests. This may delay processing while verification is completed.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, tap646 may freeze funds pending investigation and cooperate with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR.

tap646 offers a range of online gaming products including live casino games, slot games, bingo, virtual sports, e-Sabong, and other gaming categories. Each game is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any wagers.

tap646 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated clearly at the point of offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply on tap646:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tap646 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Opening multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or operating accounts on behalf of another person.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with any part of the tap646 platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other tap646 product in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity intended to obscure the source of funds deposited on tap646.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or false disputes with payment providers relating to tap646 transactions.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tap646 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any tap646 content without prior written authorization.

tap646 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Confirmed underage gambling or false declaration of age at registration.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Users may close their tap646 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance not subject to active dispute or bonus conditions will be processed for withdrawal to the user's registered payment method.

Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally through tap646 customer support before initiating formal legal proceedings.

tap646 operates in compliance with relevant Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulatory frameworks. Nothing in these Terms limits the ability of PAGCOR or other competent regulatory authorities to exercise their statutory oversight functions over tap646's operations.

tap646 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, tap646 will endeavor to provide advance notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification where practical.

Your continued use of the tap646 platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
